Aerosol deposition (AD) is a revolutionary way of producing thick ceramic films using 动态粒子喷雾.  的 deposition takes place at room temperature, occurs at a very rapid rate compared to other techniques, and can be done on virtually any 衬底材料.  的 resultant ceramic 涂层 is nano-crystalline and is fully 密集的.   Tremendous potential exists for sensing, catalytic, energy and tribology 相关应用程序.
